We accept payments via secure online gateways (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid to be processed and dispatched.

3. No Refund & No Exchange Policy

At La Brown Bella, we prioritize hygiene and the bespoke nature of our accessories.

All purchases are considered final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions and images carefully before completing a purchase.

We strive to deliver your pieces as quickly as possible. While we aim for timely delivery, La Brown Bella is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen external factors. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
