To ensure your jewelry reaches you safely, we partner with reputable third-party logistics providers. Please note that once a package leaves our facility, it is handled entirely by these independent vendors.
3. Shipping Estimates & Delays
While we provide estimated delivery timelines at checkout, these are estimates only.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to our logistics partners for the service rendered.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct PIN code and a reachable contact number.

In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged Shipments
While we take extreme care in packaging our jewelry to prevent damage, if you receive a package that appears tampered with or severely damaged, please:
